Guest Bio: Dr. Doug Koch was appointed the Interim Provost at Southeast Missouri State University on June 1, 2024., and since 2019 served as vice provost and dean of Graduate Studies at SEMO. Previously, he was the vice provost of academic programs and services at the University of Central Missouri. Before UCM, he spent nine years at Southeast Missouri State University as a faculty member and interim chair. Dr. Koch holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology education from the University of Wyoming, a Master of Arts in teaching from Ball State University, and a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction/technology education from Virginia Tech.
